Our History
J & C Associates was founded in 1993 by Janice Clark with the aim of providing a first-class service to candidates and clients alike, within the field of Enterprise Content Management (ECM)

The past ten years has seen J&C; Associates consolidate its position within the Documentum market culminating in us becoming EMC² Documentum Consulting Services primary recruiter.

Our Market

We are best known as specialists in our chosen market, EMC Documentum but we are able to locate and provide experts in all areas of Content Management from Support, Analysts to Consultants, Project Managers, Business Analysts and System Administrators to Directors. Because we recruit exclusively for Content Management ( CMS) positions (and have since our inception) it has given us a high degree of expertise from which our clients and candidates benefit and upon which they have come to rely.

As the ECM market develops so too does J&C; Associates. With a team of resources we are consistently contacting new candidates with Content Management skills to submit to our clients. We are dedicated to our clients and accounts and will search the market until we have found the suitable candidates for our clients. This means thinking outside the box and headhunting rather than waiting for cvs to come to us.
