One of our key clients is looking for a technical team leader with strong skills in the Documentum product set. The role will require the candidate to lead teams of developers on projects of various sizes. The candidate will be responsible for:

• Detailed Design Specifications
• Code Reviews
• Development Activities

The candidate may also be required to work within smaller project teams where they are responsible for the development of the solution and on advising the customer of the best way in which to use the Documentum products.

The role will require the candidate to be comfortable working as a Subject Matter Expert on Documentum within the organisation and be able to assist in producing materials for bids
Person Profile
The candidate should be a technical expert in the Documentum products with a good understanding of the core aspects of Documentum and exposure to some of the Documentum products e.g. Records Manager, Web Publisher and Business Process Manager. The candidate should be able to lead the development team by example through their own technical development skills with a ‘can do, hands on’ approach to development. The candidate should have a proven track record in delivering Documentum based solutions over a number of projects.
