Job description
This role is for a Senior Documentum Consultant /Solutions Architect for a Specialist Systems Engineer/ Pre Sales Support role. It is essential to have extensive experience in the field of Enterprise Content Management

The role
o Presales Specialist for UAE - Technical systems engineer for the Documentum Products and Solutions portfolio covering Core Content Server, xCP, Taskspace, BPM, to support all major IIG content management opportunities directly or indirectly via regional sales teams.
o Technical/product presentations – perform technical product presentations to partners and their prospects. This involves putting together PowerPoint presentations, hosting discussions, chalk and talk and presentation showcases.
o Product demonstrations – this involves designing, configuring and developing custom use case product demonstrations as well as providing standard demonstrations.
o Technical workshops – Deliver technical workshops to help partners and prospects understand the Documentum product portfolio in more depth.
o Proof of concept – Support and coordinate major proof of concept projects, whereby certain criteria are required to be met by customers to ensure technical win. This includes working with and coordinating resources with Professional Services.
o Project Scope and Analysis Requirements - Analysis of customer requirements to determine / propose best in class solution based on EMC product and solutions portfolio, but specifically focused on the Documentum product set.
o Bid Management (RFI/RFP’s) – Responding to Request for Information or Request for Proposal documents.
o Advise partners and their customers on third party products where implementation may be required.
o Marketing and Events Support - Providing technical product and business level solutions support at major marketing and corporate events.
Skills required

o Bachelor or master degree in ICT.
o Minimum 4 year experience in Documentum software.
o Solid understanding and hands-on experience with content management solutions.
o Prior or current programming background in Java VB, .NET Languages and/or JavaScript, DFC, DFS and WDK exposure would benefit.
o Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.
o Experience with implementation of content management solutions technology is desirable.
o Overall understanding of Web Services, Enterprise Services Architecture and Document Management systems.
o Understanding of Business Process Management, Collaboration, Digital Asset Management, Web Content/Web Experience Management, XML, Rights Management, Personalized Communication Management and Records management will be an asset.
o Project management/Sales Lifecycle management skills or experience would be advantageous.
o Open to some travel.
o Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
o Good verbal/written communication in English & preferable but not necessary in French.
