Our client, a key corporate city based Insurance company, is looking for an experienced Senior Documentum Developer to play an important role in the successful development and implementation of enterprise critical applications.

The role will also involve managing a small team of offshore developers including monitoring tasks, resource availability and the quality of deliverables.

You will need to develop systems using Java, VB.NET and C# including the creation of web services, objects, managers, and client interfaces. You will also participate in functional and technical design sessions as well as design system solutions using Object Oriented Design techniques that align with company standards and design database schemas to support the system object model where applicable .You will understand and use UML tools for documenting both systems and processes and will assist in system and integration testing as well as in performance and load testing, etc.

Essential skills:
- Proven experience as a Software Developer
- Experience with full SDLC (System Development Lifecycle) methodology including
o Requirements
o Design
o Development
o Implementation
o Support
- Strong knowledge of the Documentum product suite & associated software; DFC, DFS, DQL, Java, WebSphere, WebTop, Content Server, TaskSpace, SQL Server.
- Knowledge of the following products: Adlib, Atalasoft
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft development tools and technologies including among others the .NET application development framework, IIS, Web services, forms design, SQL Server, Client Server Technology etc.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time internationally
- Insurance knowledge and/or experience a plus
