Due to planned growth we now have exciting openings for experienced IT Recruiters, Resourcers and Administrators who want to be part of a key growth plan from an established small niche player.

As an experienced IT Recruiter you will benefit from training and mentoring from the two founders of the business who have between them have been recruiting for 40 years. You will receive on the job training and any courses or career training and development that we feel is suitable for each individual.

The roles will cover the full recruitment life cycle from client canvassing to candidate generation through to client management and beyond.

You will cover either permanent or contract vacancies, and will work in one or both of the two niche markets we specialise in.

We work across the EMEA region and will be dealing more with the USA as part of our growth plan. So you can benefit too from our experience, reputation and positioning within the industry.




We are looking for candidates educated to degree calibre or who have a track record in IT sales or IT recruitment.



We are looking for 6-12 months + experience. You will need to be professional with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proving your drive, motivation and desire to further develop your career will be key in the hiring process.




The successful candidates can expect initial base salaries with On Target Earnings to be discussed during the interview, which will depend on the person and the experience.
