Summary of the Role:

Delivery of Customer Management Consultancy both as a billable service and as an enabler to generate project work.

Responsibilities:

As a billable consultant deliver Customer Management related consultancy including:

        CRM best practice
        Customer lifecycle modelling
        Customer journey modelling
        Customer experience modelling
        Marketing automations
        Marketing campaign planning and design
        Business process mapping/optimisation
        Requirements gathering and analysis
        Business case development
        Operating model definition
        Product selection
        Customer analytics
        Integration strategies
        Implementation planning
Support projects as a business analyst/project manager as appropriate
Generate pull through implementation opportunities
Pre-sales support (where required)
Development of the consultancy portfolio to deliver the Global IT Innovator brand promise
