Adobe Campaign Consultant

Responsibilities

• Providing implementation consultancy, customer assistance and post-implementation support to Adobe Campaign clients in their deployment and use of Adobe Campaign software. Specifically (but not limited to):
• Own technical responsibility and accountability for project delivery into our customers
• Working with customers to assess requirements
• Working with customer data to design the Adobe Campaign solution
• Developing bespoke customer solutions where necessary
• Creating implementation plans for new and existing clients
• Creating accurate estimates and quotations for Adobe Campaign's professional services
• Mentoring and developing junior team members and partners
• Day to day self-management of commitments and priorities
• Reporting on project delivery to Project Management
• Developing productive working relationships within Adobe Campaign and with Adobe Campaign teams in other territories
• Enhancing the corporate reputation and visibility in the UK through promotion of Adobe Campaign's product and technical expertise
• Liaising and co-ordinating with Adobe Campaign's partners to ensure optimal delivery of services to Adobe Campaign's clients

Requirements

You can illustrate evidence of team leadership experience in a professional services environment.

You will have experience of acting as an escalation point for other consultants and very strong problem solving skills.

You will have demonstrable experience of development or professional services in an enterprise software company or consultancy.

Knowledge of online or offline direct marketing functions is an asset.

You will be comfortable responding to the varying demands of working for a dynamic, international company.

You are a self-motivated individual, presentable to blue chip clients, with well-developed inter-personal & communication skills and a strong desire to succeed.

You will have demonstrable experience in the following disciplines:

Essential

RDBMS & SQL (PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server or Oracle)

Scripting/Programming (JavaScript or other)

XML/HTML/CSS and web technologies

Desirable

Linux and Windows Server

System administration and network administration knowledge would be of benefit
