Business Analyst - SAP HR Business Analyst, based in Coventry but some remote working will be possible once established

We are looking for an experienced BA with excellent communication skills to work on a large and complex national HR transformation programme. The technical environment is based around SAP.

SAP experience is highly preferable.

The initial focus for the BA will be to quickly understand what stage the project has reached, ensure requirements are correct and up-to-date and help push through the test and management phases. As the programme progresses new requirements and phases will follow.

Essential Project/Technical Skills:

• Experience working on large-scale, complex transformation programmes and/or
• Experience working on large-scale, complex HR transformation programmes and/or
• Experience working with SAP technologies on transformation programmes and/or

Essential Core BA skills:

• Requirements gathering/gap analysis
• Writing specifications
• Define project requirements
• Identifying project milestones and phases
• Monitor project progress by tracking
• Resolving problem; recommending actions
• Full BA life cycle experience including testing
• Work with stakeholders pro-actively to ensure excellent lines of communication are maintained
• Focused on the big picture with a keen eye for detail

Project Background:

The project will be undertaken on site with a blue chip client. This is a national HR transformation programme moving from local HR support to a shared service centre based around a new SAP Cloud ticketing solution and an employee portal. A mobile enablement element will also be added.

You must have extensive experience as a BA and recent proven experience working on large scale transformation programmes ideally with SAP and HR

TECHNICAL ENIVRONMENT:

HR transformations, Shared Service Centres, SAP HCM, SAP Cloud (SuccessFactors, Hanna Cloud Portal, Cloud 4 Service), Mobile enablement/responsive design.
