A Sales Operation Analyst is needed for a growing security software company. The company is growing at a rapid rate so the person chosen for this role will be joining at an exciting time within the business!
Key Responsibilities
- Planning from scratch and developing the Sales Operations framework and processes.
- Providing a full review of the CRM solution.
- Developing new and/or improving existing sales business processes.
- Developing reports and dashboards for the sales team and management to improve information provision, accuracy and forecasting.
Essential Skills
- Three years track record as a Sales Operations Analyst.
- Good experience with CRM solutions (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
- Experience working in a volume B2B sales environment.
- Had a hands-on experience building a Sales Operation infrastructure
