Our client is a dynamic expanding IT Services and Consultancy organisation with a global presence. They provide high-profile UK and international top-tier clients within the digital/channel, customer, data, service management and enterprise services with a quality and professional service.
The Telco and Media Practice is currently seeking a Client Director who will report to the overall Head of the Practice.
Essential:
- *You must come from a consultancy background*
- Worked on Telecommunications or Media accounts.
- Business Development experience. (including farming the account/winning accounts)
Responsibilities:
- Establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. Coordinating the involvement of company personnel, including support, service delivery, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.
- Meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
- Leading solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
- A focus on account retention and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Protecting and growing existing revenue stream.
- Account planning, in conjunction with service lines and account delivery team, to develop strategy for incremental new business.
- Working with sales support and service lines to construct solutions to meeting client's business needs and presenting back to the client in proposals.
- Managing the commercial/contractual relationship with the client, negotiating terms and conditions.
- Managing risks and issues, forecasting, billing, rates, rates reviews, and overall account margin.
- Client satisfaction, dealing with client issues and acting as an escalation route for the client.
