Job description
We are urgently seeking 2 Information Architects Web/Multimedia for project work for a multinational organisation based in Brussels, Belgium.
English and French speaking environment.
The role
You will be responsible for developing Information Architecture artefacts (site maps, navigation models and managed meta data). One of the roles is related to design and normalisation (standards) issues. The second role is more related to access rules (WCAG 2.0)
The Information Architect will be required to provide the technical leadership for the information architecture and perform the following duties:
* Engage and evaluate the requirements set forth.
* Outline the structure of sites and sub-sites.
* Outline data presentation in the sites.
* Plan user�s navigation through the site.
* Ensures Information targeting to specific audiences.
* Outlines configuration and optimizes of search.
* Define key meta data elements, content types, site columns and workflows required for the sites
* Performs and leads the design and performs proof of concepts with other developers
Skills required
� Your information architecture experience is essential. You should have W3C, WEB 2.0, 3.0, WEB Mobile et TV, HTML 5 knowledge.
� At least 5 years� experience at the architecture and design levels.
� Applicants must have an EU passport or a work permit for Belgium.
� English essential and French would be an advantage.
