IT Support - Application Support - 12 months Fixed Term Contract

In this role, you will work directly with the customer and the team to identify and resolve issues, assess and improve quality, and support and substitute the Application Manager in order to exceed customer's expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Support and Substitute the Application Manager at the customer's site
• Play an active part of the improving process for one of the customers' main applications
• Do quality assurance for various applications

Need to have:

• IT and Software related experiences
• Fluency in German/English
• Demonstrable commitment to provide customer-focused quality service
• Windows 7
• Microsoft Office
• Oracle/SQL or similar
• Jira/Confluence

Nice to have:

Certification from the ISTQB Foundation or alike would be of advantage
