Pega Developer - Pega Senior Developer - Developer - Pega - CSA - CSSA

We are currently looking for CSA Developers and CSSA Developers for contract positions based in the Midlands.

You will work within an agile development team, and will be involved in the development of new products alongside the maintenance of existing products.

Role:

• Carrying out development in accordance with the agreed requirements and development standards - development is the main focus of the role!
• Also testing of products in accordance with the test strategy to ensure that they are fit for purpose
• Completion of work allocated within the agreed time, cost and quality criteria and providing progress reports on assigned work as required
• Prompt escalation of problems,issues and risks as necessary
• Playing an active part in process improvement, awareness of and compliance with all relevant processes and procedures
• Collaborating with the Product Owner to assign business value to technical stories
• Playing a pro-active role in team ceremonies and providing regular updates on progress

Technical Skills:

• Pega 7.1
• Pega CSA/CSSA Certification
• Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile
• Full Knowledge of the development life cycle
• Business Intelligence
• RUP methodology and Rational toolset
• Datamodelling

• Good written and verbal communication skills
