IT: Developer / Programmer (permanent)

Developer/Tester - Investment Banking - Java - C# - Unix - Python

We are looking for enthusiastic Developers and Testers to work on an exciting project within investment banking! You do not need financial services experience for this role!

This is a great chance for you to get into investment banking and you will be working on an important regulatory project for a major investment bank.

The project will give you exposure to range of exciting technologies such as Java, C#, Unix and Python and your day to day tasks will be varied but will cover the project life cycle. You will be hands on in performing development tasks whilst also getting involved in testing.

In addition, a lot of emphasis will be placed on employee development and you can expect to learn a lot more about new technologies, whilst also gaining knowledge around a lot of different financial areas such as asset classes and trading systems.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years working experience
• You do not need prior financial services experience
• At least 2 years experience doing development in either C#, Java, Python or Unix
• Some testing experience
• Passion for technology
• Keen to learn new skills
• Degree educated
