My client, a recognized player in the field of RTB technology, is a market leader in conversion-driven personalized display advertising solutions. Its service propels acquisition through retargeting, pre-targeting and look-alike targeting.

As part of a strategic growth, they are looking for strong and enthusiastic individual to lead the sales force team. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader who will take the lead as the country manager for Sweden & the Nordic Markets.

Responsibilities
� Developing and managing the company's advertiser base across several industry sectors in Scandinavia
� Leading the strategic commercial plan for developing new business in the Nordic online advertising market
� Develop new partner relationships from prospecting and negotiating through to contract closing
� Managing successfully existing customers, deepen the relations
� Focusing on marketing challenges, making sure the company's brand is penetrating the market
� Hit revenue targets with existing and new customers, ensuring that a strong partnership approach is adopted
� Maximise relationships and opportunities for up-selling to new and existing customers.
� Be the first point of contact for customers for cross functional queries including product development, technical and marketing issues
� Work with a strong internal team to support the sales efforts
� Role reports to VP Sales
� Represent the company at relevant industry conferences and events

Requirements
� Relevant higher education
� Proven in-depth business development/sales experience of advertising solutions, ideally display.
� Having existing strong network from leading online advertisers in Scandinavia
� Ability to create new partners and accounts
� Background could include working for an affiliate network, ecommerce websites, digital agency or a media company. It�s your ability to think commercially and form strong relationships which is key to us
� Deep familiarity of online media and performance based display advertising (especially attribution methodologies) will be strongly preferred
� Proven ability to influence and negotiate with clients at a senior level
� Analytical sales approach is important in our business for effective partnership with clients
� Willingness to work flexible hours
� Fluency in Swedish and English are essential, other languages desirable
